
1 banana, peeled
1 cup reduced fat milk
2 tablespoons
diet caramel topping
1/4 cup reduced fat
vanilla yoghurt
or ice-cream
For a delicious,
filling treat thats
almost totally
fat-free, freeze your
banana, then chop
and blend with other
ingredients until smooth.
Serve in a tall glass with a
sprinkle of cinnamon.
