Base: 1 x 24-26c, ready
made sponge flan
Filling 250g cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup castor sugar
250ml thickened cream
4 banana's, peeled and sliced
Glaze: 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1/4 teaspoon arrowroot
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar together, fold in cream. Spoon into flan. 2. Combine all ingredients for the glaze in a small saucepan bring to boil, and stir. Leave to cool. 3. Arrange slices of banana over the surface of the tart. Brush with glaze and chill until required.
