Frogs and the Environment

You'd better believe it! Frogs need the environment to be in good shape, just as everyone else does! It's the most important thing in the world to us!

We really get on with the banana growers because they provide us with an ideal frog environment. Banana plantations form a dense canopy of green with millions of moist places to hide. With all that shade and irrigation, we're in frog heaven! So we do our best to help out, by eating as many insects as possible.

Like most Aussie animals and plants we love our environment…although some new-comers think they can take us over! But we are tough and with your help, all our native plants and animals can survive. Keep up the good work and we can all have a great place to live, fantastic places to visit, clean beaches, and best of all - natural bushland for animals and plants to make their homes.
